Dedicated to the tres, the decima, the danzon and musical composition, the event also pays tribute to institutions and artists, both deceased and active, such as Polo Montañez, Ariel Alfonso, Pedro Junco, Miguelito Cuni; or Ana Cristina Pozo, Emilio Rey Barrios, Jose Daniel Ayerbe, Nersys Felipe and Barbara Maria Vento.
On this occasion, the event, one of the youngest in Cuba, proposes the meeting of treseros with international participation for the first time, and four days of duration.
In addition, there will be theoretical sessions, book presentations and the exhibition "La Guarapachanga: 10 years defending Cuban music" at the Provincial Museum.
