San Salvador, Jul 16 (Prensa Latina) The government of El Salvador today confirmed the attendance of President Salvador Sanchez Ceren to the 24th Meeting of Sao Paulo Forum, in Cuba, where the Latin American left join together to discuss its challenges.

The Presidency of the Republic specified that the head of State will talk in the final day of the meeting that will conclude tomorrow at the Havana Convention Palace, after several working sessions, debates and proposals.

The President will also participate in exchanges of experiences among leaders of leftist and progressive organizations in Latin America, to whom he will update on the achievements and challenges of his government.

Official sources specified that the 'Professor' Ceren will present the programs implemented to develop the Salvadoran economy, and to improve the life of the people, reducing hunger, poverty and insecurity.

In addition, he will speak about the struggle carried out by the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front (FMLN) from the grassroots, the Parliament and the government, to prevent rightist attempts to privatize water and other resources.
