Cuban chairman of Parliament, Esteban Lazo, heads the delegation of the island to the festivities of Jovenal Moise’s taking office as new president of Haiti.

According to a press release in Granma newspaper, the delegation is also composed of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ana Teresita Gonzalez, and Cuban ambassador in Haiti Luis Castillo.
