Cuba Welcomes Strong links between China and LATAM

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez called at the United Nations on Tuesday to foster relations of respect and equality between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

During talks between China and CELAC, Minister Rodriguez considered that the 10th anniversary of the CELAC-China forum an opportunity to expand bilateral relations.

The Cuban government official also took part at the setting up of the General Debate in which Cuba will keep denouncing unilateral coercive measures against South nations.

The Cuban Foreign Minister traveled to New York to take part at the Summit of the Future, the General Debate which are main forums of the high-level segment of the UN General Assembly.
