"I used contemporary techniques, simple but aesthetically pleasing frames and muted colors for the descriptions," Fundora told Prensa Latina.

"Entitled 'Fidel: Vida en Revolucion,' the exhibition expresses my artistic vision and my political-artistic sensitivity with respect to the human, intellectual, political and ideological colossal dimension of the revolutionary leader and theoretician," said the artist born in 1972 and known as the peasant man who paints.

According to Fundora, the photographs pictures reveal his personal interpretation on the face, body and overall personality of Fidel, with his inseparable attributes at each stage of his life.

The artist has about 60 individual and collective exhibitions.

One of them, located at the FAO headquarters in Cuba, is dedicated to international leaders such as late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, and nationals such as President Raul Castro.
