A few days ago, US President Joe Biden outlined before Congress his work during his first two years of his term, in the course of which even his Republicans enemies applauded him sometimes.

Undoubtedly, it was an important issue in the sense that it also envisioned what the United States would do internationally, in which nothing bodes well, although it would actually benefit its main arms industry.

But regardless of the importance or not of Biden’s intervention, the vast majority of the media dealt with almost lurid details, such as the disclosure of a photo where Biden's wife, Jill, had kissed with one of the officials, probably accidentally, but that situation was given more prominence than the policy of a nation that has the world on the brink of abyss.

But it is not a surprise what the vast majority of a press that claims to defend democracy does in the United States, with some other "targets" that generally hide plans for war, invasions to other smaller nations, alleging false pretexts, which are later acknowledge as such, as in the cases of the attacks on Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, among many others.

Thus, that press has favored the war to destroy Russia by using Ukraine since 2014 with a coup in the so-called Euromaidan, financed with more than 5 billion dollars, as Victoria Nureland admitted in the Secretary of Foreign Reactions, who commented on the now well-known sabotage of the pipeline that limited the shipment of Russian gas to Europe:

“We are very pleased to know that the Nord Stream 2 has become a pile of junk at the bottom of the sea.”

THE ONE GREAT TRUTH

“Joe Biden decided to sabotage the Nord Stream 2 pipeline after more than nine months of secret discussions with the national security team,” according to an article by Seymour Hersh*, a 1970 Pulitzer Prize winner for his coverage of the Vietnam War.

The legendary reporter brought forth a shocking revelation in his article 'How the United States eliminated the Nord Stream 2 pipeline', published this Wednesday on his personal blog, collected verbatim by Rossia Today.

Hersh claimed that Navy divers planted the explosives under the Nord Street pipelines in June 2022.

According to a source familiar with the issue, the operation was carried out under the cover of NATO's BALTOPS 22 exercises. Three months later the devices were remotely activated to destroy the pipelines.

As expected, the White House rejected any accusation that could link the US with those explosions, despite Joe Biden seeing the pipelines as a means that would allow Vladimir Putin to use "natural gas as a weapon for his ambitions:" political and territorial.

After the publication of an article about the involvement of US Navy divers in the explosion of the gas pipelines, Edward Snowden, a former analyst for the US National Security Agency and the CIA, proposed to recall examples of secret operations that Washington carried out and immediately denied.

“Can you think of any example in history of a secret operation that the White House was responsible for, but adamantly denied it? Aside from, you know, that little fuss about 'mass surveillance.”

In this context, he also published a note on the invasion of Playa Girón or Bay of Pigs, in Cuba, carried out in 1961 with the purpose of overthrowing the government of Fidel Castro. In the text released by Snowden, the US Secretary of State asserted that the invasion was not carried out from US territory, although, it said, "the United States sympathizes with the goals" of the participants.

American planning and financing were later revealed, as well as a CIA plot to end the life of Fidel Castro in that action. In addition, in May 2021 the CIA launched a coin commemorating the anniversary of its failed attempt to "liberate" Cuba through invasion. The silver coin commemorated "a victory anticipated, but never realized."

* At just 30 years old, Seymour Hersh spoke out about the Mi Lai massacre in Vietnam and was the first to report on the bombings over Cambodia. He exposed CIA espionage on US soil against anti-war activists and the coup plot against Salvador Allende in Chile. His articles also helped get Washington to restrict its chemical weapons program. Likewise, Hersh warned about the fallacy of nuclear weapons in Iraq and publicized the torture in the Abu Graib prison.

The reporter has been the bane of US presidents since the 1960s and was even once described by the Republican Party as "the closest thing American journalism has to terrorism."
