NATO: Everyone Understands their Game

It’s not at all hard to understand that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) remains undiscouraged by the rules of the United States, as has just been demonstrated in its recently finished summit in Spain, where the new strategy of accusing China from challenging its interests and security and branding Russia as the most significant and direct threat.

On top of the interference in the domestic affairs of other states, the alliance admitted that the cooperation of Beijing and Moscow "goes against our values ​​and interests". NATO incorporated Finland and Sweden into its ranks, and reiterated that it will take its aggressiveness to the Russian borders, something that had already been practiced since 2014, when the United States financed the virtual fascist coup in Kyiv, and whose results, after eight years of genocide of the Russian-speaking population in Donbass, justified the current special military operation ordered by Vladimir Putin in Ukraine.

Of course, more weaponry will fly in for the Ukrainian troops and all sort of mercenaries who try to prevent the demilitarization and denazification of the country and maintain the aggression against the self-proclaimed republics in Donbass.

NATO tried to disguise its aggression with the undoubtedly hypocritical claim that it’s not looking for a confrontation, while threatening to use its brand-new pawns from Oslo and Stockholm against the Russian Federation, to which Putin replied that if the alliance's military infrastructure is deployed in Finland and Sweden, his country will have to respond reciprocally, and he clarified:

“We don't have those problems with Sweden and Finland that, unfortunately, we do have with Ukraine. We have no territorial issues or disputes, we have nothing that could concern us from the point of view of Finnish and Swedish membership in NATO."

Challenged by the servile entity of U.S. politics, China called for it to give up the Cold War mind style and not try to destabilize Asia and other world regions.

This is highlighted by President Joe Biden's announcements of a permanent base in Poland and the strengthening of NATO's eastern flank, the real threat of which is embodied in his statement that any use of nuclear weapons against NATO would fundamentally alter the nature of a conflict. The Alliance has the ability and determination to impose costs on an adversary that would be unacceptable and far outweigh the benefits any adversary could hope to achieve", all of which changes the prevailing view in 2010 that "the circumstances in which any use of nuclear weapons might have to be contemplated are extremely remote."

The review also emphasized on France and the UK's nuclear weapons in an apparent effort to signal that the threat of nuclear retaliation for a Russian nuclear attack would not depend solely on an American president.

The above undoubtedly shows that the West uses Ukraine to worsen Russia's position.

“They started to turn Ukraine into an 'anti-Russia', a bridgehead to try to somehow shake Russia itself, they started to fight Russian culture, the Russian language, they started to persecute people who they felt part of the Russian world," said Putin, who stressed that "there’s nothing like it in Finland or Sweden, it’s a very different situation."

According to him, Moscow's position on NATO is that the alliance is a U.S. tool and, in this context, the West is pursuing its own interests by inciting Kyiv to carry on the conflict.

Thus, the NATO summit in Madrid adopted a new strategic concept following the ambitions of the United States to continue confronting China and Russia, an irresponsible escalation of international tensions, which opposes the strengthening of a multilateral framework based on global security common and human, disarmament and a swift ban on nuclear weapons.

Let’s remember that, since its creation in 1949, NATO was constituted as an offensive alliance led by the U.S. in which authoritarian, fascist and colonial regimes were integrated into this military project to fight against the Soviet Union during the Cold War. After the fall of the USSR, instead of disappearing, it expanded in five consecutive waves towards Eastern Europe and created bilateral alliances with more than 30 countries around the world.

We now have a so-called “Global NATO”, an international network that uses military agreements, bases, exercises, arms deliveries, intelligence to interfere in countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America and troop deployments to ensure the geopolitical dominance of the United States. We cannot forget that NATO-led military interventions have destabilized and destroyed Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, and Libya.

The recently held NATO summit in Madrid emphasizes the trail of destruction and militarization that has flooded a world that was already in crisis, for which a path of lasting peace must be demanded, not one of confrontation and division. Imperialism plunges us into a new economic and global crisis that stirs up inflation, puts food and energy security at risk and focuses the efforts of states on military investment and destruction.

Military alliances do not solve problems, but dialogue, demilitarization and international cooperation do.
