The International Caribbean Film and Environment Festival “Isla Verde 2025” welcomes its fifth day with a dynamic program that combines art, culture and ecological awareness.
Today’s program features talks and presentations by individual artists and groups about topics ranging from the link between their work and Cuba’s National Hero José Marti, the connection between architecture and the environment, and the ways to transform the day-to-day into art, as well as a flamenco dance workshop by the company Ecos and the exhibition De la Isla a la Luna 2.0., presented by the curators Sachie Hernández and Laritza Suárez del Villar.
Furthermore, there will be film screenings and events to pay tribute to the tourist project “Jardines de la Reina” on its 15th anniversary and a keynote lecture on sustainable biodiversity, followed by exhibitions and debates on this topic.
