European expert to assess Cuban bartenders

The vice president of the Association of Barmans of Portugal and European judge of bartending, Miguel Duarte Bárbora, ficially informed today that he will assess Cuban gastronomic professionals.

A report from the Association of Cuban Bartenders (ACC), added that Duarte Bárbora will give a training course in the free style or flair modality in Cuba, to increase the knowledge and skills of bartenders.
