Ecuadorian Association for Friendship with Sahrawi People participates in commemorating anniversary of José Martí

The Ecuadorian Association for Friendship with the Sahrawi People participated in the capital city of Quito in commemorating the 172nd anniversary of the birth of Cuban national hero José Martí.

The event was organized by the Cuban diplomatic mission in the country, along with representatives from the diplomatic corps and other social organizations.

Also participating alongside the Ecuadorian Association for Friendship with the Sahrawi People were members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Ecuador, as well as representatives from civil society organizations.

It is worth noting that the Republic of Cuba has maintained excellent diplomatic relations with the Sahrawi Republic since 1980, and both countries continuously cooperate in various fields, including education and health.
