On Friday, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel congratulated the Cubahora digital magazine on its 25th anniversary.

On his Twitter account, the Cuban president sent “a hug to its director and workers” and highlighted the timely and committed journalism they do.

Cubahora, the first exclusively digital magazine nationwide, was founded on January 28, 1998.

It aims to expand the country’s presence in virtual communication spaces based on the treatment of national and international current issues.
