Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba receives the Secretary General of AKEL

The Deputy Minister, Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo received the Secretary General of the Progressive Party of the Working People (AKEL), Stefanous Stefanou, on the afternoon of May 6, at the headquarters of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

During the fraternal meeting, both parties ratified the interest in continuing to strengthen the positive ties between Cuba and Cyprus, which will celebrate 65 years of diplomatic relations in 2025. 

Stefanous Stefanou, who is on a working visit until 8 May, was accompanied by Vera Policarpou, Head of IR of AKEL.
