Cuba will present #CubaUnica in Colombian cities

Bogota, Aug 16 (Prensa Latina) The Cuban embassy, the Cuban Ministry of Tourism and its office for this country, Peru, Brazil and Ecuador will present in Colombia the novelties of the #CubaUnica destination, Marianao Fernandez confirmed today.

Cuba’s tourism advisor explained that the objective is to create demand and offer travel agents general information that guarantees knowledge about Cuba as a destination.

It also seeks to promote the Cuban tourism product in the different regions of the country, mainly promoting: Havana, the keys, eastern Cuba and heritage cities.

He also explained that these actions will be used to promote events during the remainder of 2022 and the International Tourism Fair (FitCuba 2023).

In all the Colombian cities where the presentation will take place (Barranquilla, Medellin, Cali, Bucaramanga and Bogota), there will be Workshops (coworking moments) with desks for all those accompanying from Cuba and the Colombian wholesale agencies where they will be able to exchange with the guests, he pointed out.

There will also be time during breakfast in the different hotels where the presentations will be made to give general information on Cuba’s tourist offers with emphasis on the #CubaUnica campaign and the main complementary services incorporated once the destination is reopened, he added.

Feenandez said in all presentations there will be raffles at the end of each event and in all cities there will be distribution of general brochures of the destination provided by the Ministry of Tourism of Cuba and the specific offers of wholesale agencies with tourist packages until the end of the season.

A large Cuban delegation and Colombian wholesale operators, specialized press, among others, will participate in these presentation days, the official said.
