Havana, Nov 6 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Friday condemned the attack against Bolivia's President-elect Luis Arce, a few days after taking office.

On Twitter, Bruno Rodriguez affirmed that the destabilization attempts will not be able to undermine the historic victory of the Bolivian people by re-electing the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS).

The MAS spokesman, Sebastian Michel, denounced on Thursday that a group of people detonated a dynamite in front of the organization's campaign house in La Paz, while Arce remained inside.

Michel regretted that no de facto government authority spoke on the issue and condemned the lack of protection and of guarantees for Luis Arce.

Bolivia's Supreme Electoral Tribunal made official on October 23 the victory in the first round of MAS, with 55.18% of votes against Citizen Community Alliance candidate, Carlos Mesa, with 28.89%.
