Brasilia, Feb 2 (Prensa Latina) Brazil´s Supreme Federal Court (STF) is planning to prosecute former judge Sérgio Moro´s partial performance in legal proceedings against former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, according to local media.
When quoting Minister Gilmar Mendes, the Economic Value publication assured that the STF envisaged prosecuting former Minister of Justice by a videoconference.
Mendes defended analyzing the subject in face-to-face sessions, considering that it was too complicated for a distance discussion.
The judge also valued the disclosure of new messages between Moro and the lawyer Deltan Dallagnol, former coordinator of the Lava Jato judicial operation in the southern city of Curitiba.
These dialogues revealed that both Moro and Dallagnol combined proceedings and aligned some actions related to indictments against the founder of Workers' Party in the so-called case of a triplex apartment in the coastal city of Guarujá, São Paulo state.
