The 64th season of concerts organized by the Gonfalone includes the return of Madrigal to this temple of Roman music after his great success in the previous season.

The Oratorio selected the Cuban to pay tribute to the recently late Aldo Ciccolini, who is probably the most universal Italian pianist.

Madrigal, who just performed on events in London and Vienna, will also play as the lead pianist in a Petite Messe Solemnelle to be held in this city.

Numerous events in Panama, Costa Rica, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Cuba granted Madrigal awards for his interpretative excellence, whose concerts in Great Britain, Argentina, Colombia, Italy and other countries always achieve great success.

The Association of Culture, Art and Science of Rome conferred him in 2012 the prestigious International Award Medaglia de Oro Maison des Artistes.

During the concert at the Gonfalone, Madrigal will perform pieces by French Claude Debussy and Russian Aleksandr Scriabin.
