Trump vows to undo Obama's opening toward Cuba

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump vowed Wednesday to reverse President Barack Obama's restoration of diplomatic relations with Cuba.
"The people of Cuba have struggled too long. Will reverse Obama's Executive Orders and concessions towards Cuba until freedoms are restored," Trump wrote on Twitter.
Trump had earlier implied that he would use his own executive action on Cuba, saying last month he would reverse Obama's measures "unless the Castro regime meets our demands."
Obama has increasingly relaxed decades-old prohibitions on commerce and travel with the communist island, with both nations reopening their respective embassies.
Obama and Raul Castro began the process of restoring relations in late 2014, but a trade embargo that can only be lifted by the US Congress remains in place. In March, Obama became the first US president in nearly 90 years to visit Cuba.
