Nalbandian briefs Cuba FM on Karabakh peace process

Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, who is in New York City within the framework of the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly, on Tuesday met with Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba.

The parties discussed the joint steps to be taken to further develop bilateral cooperation.

The avenues for expanding trade and economic relations also were touched upon. In this context, the ministers attached importance to the development of contacts between the business circles of the two countries.

Separately, Nalbandian briefed his Cuban counterpart on the present-day situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
