Cuban president Miguel Diaz-Canel called on permanent presence of sensible responsiveness when it comes to solve the country's problems and the population's concerns.

'With a constant responsive work agenda,' the president wrote on his twitter account where he attached a link to an article published in the website of the Presidency on the government visit to the central province of Ciego de Avila.

In the twit, Diaz-Canel urged the authorities the day before to always think in the neediest first than the numbers in the plans.

In the summary of the visit of the Council of Ministers to that province, the Head of State argued in favor of improving work in fields that the citizens still deem unsatisfactory, such as railway transport, drugs production and distribution, and garbage collection.

In addition, the president referred to places visited by the Council of Ministers like the meat plant of Turiguano, and highlighted the production quality of the local construction materials factory.

He also acknowledged the good results of institutions like Ciegplast, an enterprise that produces high-density polyethylene pipes and accessories, and the Center of BioPlantas.
