Cuba’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, welcomed Republican representatives Tom Emmer and Jason Lewis, both from Minnesota, Roger Marshall (Kansas), James Comer (Kentucky), and Jack Bergman (Michigan).

The FA minister and the US lawmakers addressed issues of common interest for both countries.

Josefina Vidal and Gustavo Machin, general director and deputy director of USA in the ministry of Foreign Affairs, respectively, attended the meeting as well.
