Cuban singer Dayme Arocena is enrolled of the Mucho Festival, whose third online edition will bring together the great musicians of Latin music in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay and Bolivia.
The event, which will take place on September 18 and 19, confirmed the presence of Francisco, El Hombre (Brazil and Mexico), Mr. Flavio (from the Fabulous Cadillacs, Argentina) and Ellen Oleria (Brazil), who will show the sound diversity that characterizes the continent.
Other guests at the contest will be Santa Mala (Bolivia), Villagran Bolaños (Paraguay) as well as Pascuala Ilabaca and Fauna (Chile), exponents of hip hop, rock, jazz and regional folklore.
During the virtual meeting, which tries to break the barriers of the Latin stereotype, training activities and conferences will be held by the participants, who will circulate the current artistic production of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Likewise, the free contest will support the social work of the TECHO organization, which operates in 19 countries on the continent and collects donations to aid the poorest communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
