The diplomat told Rossiya 24 channel that they sent a note to the technical secretariat of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), informed about the provocation plans at Nikolaevka, and warned that Ukrainian nationalists are planning provocations in other places such as Nikolaev and Kharkiv.
Shulguin added that this international organization received all the information and was spread among the member States.

Mizintsev said that Moscow already warned the “civilized West” about this incident and the United Nations and the Red Cross International Committee.
He also argued that these actions by the Ukrainian army are frequent, and it spreads false information about the presumed Russian atrocities on national and western outlets as well as Internet platforms and resources.
