DPRK condemns Trump’s plans over Gaza

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea today branded as inadmissible dispossession the plans of U.S. President Donald Trump to appropriate the Gaza Strip in Palestine.
 
 
A commentary by the state-run ACNC news agency denounces the US government’s intention to “relocate” Gazans to other countries is contrary to their hope for a peaceful life in the land of their birth, now covered in blood due to Israel’s expansionist ambitions.

It also highlights the international community’s repudiation of Trump’s designs.

Palestine, Iran and other Middle Eastern countries, and even Washington’s allies, qualify these plans as ethnic cleansing, coercive deportation, flagrant violation of the UN Charter and international laws, and disregard for the Palestinians’ right to self-determination.

The facts clearly reveal the criminal record of the US, an accomplice and sponsor of the miserable situation in Gaza, turned into a collective grave and ruins, the commentary noted.

The unipolar era in which the U.S. dictated the international rules at its own will, pretending to be the sole superpower, has passed, and it must now put an immediate end to its violating acts and abandon its anachronistic illusions, he said.
