Díaz-Canel mourns the death of Jiang Zemin

Havana, Nov 30 (RHC) Cuban President, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez today sent condolences to the people, the Party, and the Government of China on the death of Jiang Zemin, former president of the Asian nation.

Through a message on his Twitter account, Díaz-Canel noted that the Chinese statesman and communist leader was a dear friend of the Cuban Revolution.

Jiang Zemin passed away this Wednesday, November 30, 2022, for which the President of the Republic of Cuba agreed to decree Official Mourning, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on December 1. (Source: ACN)
