Pakistan, Cuba agree to boost bilateral cooperation in disaster management

Pakistan and cuba have expressed the desire for greater institutional cooperation in disaster management between the two countries.

The understanding was reached during the 4th Round of Bilateral Political Consultations at Havana in cuba.

Additional Foreign Secretary Asad M. Khan led Pakistan delegation, while the cuban side was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Abelardo Moreno Fernandez.

The wide range of bilateral issues came under discussion and two sides expressed satisfaction over cooperation between the two countries in diverse fields.

Pakistan delegation briefed cuban officials about the serious violations being committed by India across the Line of Control and Working Boundary.
