Palestine condemns Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza

Palestinian Foreign Ministry on Sunday accused Israel of promoting genocidal war over Gaza Strip, by means of systematic massacres and destruction.

As part of its aggression against our people, Israel uses hunger and thirst as tools for its purposes, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs strongly condemned in a statement.

Israel brushes aside international demands and appeals calling for protecting civilians and ensuring their basic humanitarian needs.

Nor, it stressed, does it care about warnings regarding the even greater humanitarian catastrophe that an Israel´s land invasion against the southern city of Rafah, where over one million Palestinians take refuge, will bring about.

The Foreign Ministry lashed out at the rising attacks by Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.

The Israeli right wing feeds on the cycle of wars and violence, which will increase regional instability, it warned.

In this regard, this sector, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, “replaces political solutions to crises and conflicts with a brutal military and security logic.”
