Some media reported that a rally held in Miami and led by Cuban-born citizens demanding the end of the U.S. blockade was attacked by a group of individuals who are in favor of maintaining it.

Later on, Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez stated: “Stop hostile actions against Cuban-born citizens who promote better ties between the two nations.”

Those media recalled that individuals from the aged far right based in this city repeatedly request Joe Biden’s government a military intervention in the island after they failed the attempt of soft coup perpetrated on July 11th.

It is not the first time these attacks have taken place in the Miami’s streets.

The executers are part of the Cuban-born sector rooted in that city of Florida.

The anti-blockade side just wanted to leave proof of their rejection to the prohibition to sale medicines and medical equipment to the Caribbean island.

Especially when a pandemic is wreaking havoc in Cuba and worldwide.

Shameful antecedents proof how these neo-fascist groups of Cuban origin went as far as to burning painting such as Pavo Real by celebrated plastic artist Manuel Mendive, and they demonstrated against Cuban popular band Los Van Van.

They even dared to threat a while ago with bombing the places where glories of the Cuban culture such as Rosita Fornés and poet Luis Carbonell would perform, or even the fake media trial carried out against singer songwriter Tony Ávila.

And they did to the style of the actions staged in San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa province, and others.

The question is whether it was an isolated plan or it was coordinated from the U.S.

The subsequent consequences point to the second option.

The essence is that those people supporting from the U.S. these sort of actions react this way driven by their ongoing frustration, which was born 60 years ago.

The people’s reaction has proven the monolithic unity that characterizes most of Cubans.

Herein lies, once again, the loyalty of grateful people.
