Greetings to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Cuban President   The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, received a message of greetings from Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, President of the Republic of Cuba, on the 26th.

The message extended the most heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the party, government and people of Cuba on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the end of the Korean War.

Now the Cuban party, government and people are also commemorating the 70th anniversary of the assaults on the Moncada army barracks and the Carlos Manuel De Cespedes army barracks, the message said and continued:

Through the coincidental two historic events, we demonstrated the invincible fighting spirit and will of victory of the peoples of the two countries.

I reaffirm once again the fact that Cuba attaches great importance to the close ties of friendship, cooperation and solidarity with the DPRK. I pay the noblest respects to Kim Jong Un, the message added.
