French group denounces extraterritoriality of blockade against Cuba

The French solidarity association Cuba Linda denounced Thursday a new event attributed to the extraterritoriality of the US blockade against Cuba, the cancellation of the payment processing platform, and risk solutions SumUp.

Cuba Linda, which fosters French-Cuban rapprochement, stated in a press release that for the political-cultural festival La Fête de L’humanité, scheduled for September 15-17 in the Paris region, it had requested this service to facilitate the sale of banking cards on its stand.

Cuba Linda President Didier Lalande demanded an end to the economic, commercial, and financial blockade against Cuba and its extraterritorial effects.
