Cuban telecommunications company confirms stability in mobile network traffic

Cuba’s Telecommunications Company (ETECSA by its Spanish acronym) informs the public that the problems detected earlier today, which affected mobile voice and data services, has been solved.

In a post on its official X account, ETECSA confirmed that normal traffic levels have been restored and communication services across the country are now stable.

The company apologized for the inconvenience and thanked users for their understanding while technicians worked to restore and ensure the quality and continuity of services.

Earlier in the day, ETECSA had reported a malfunction in its mobile network systems, which disrupted voice and data services for some users throughout the nation.
