Cuban president conveys solidarity to Mexico after offshore quake

Havana, Sep 19 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel conveyed his solidarity with the Mexican people and government following a 7.7-magnitude offshore earthquake hit the North American nation on Monday.
On Twitter, the Cuban leader offered his deepest condolences to the victim´s relatives.
According to the Mexican National Seismological Service, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 59 km south of Coalcomán, in the state of Michoacán, at a 10-km depth, shocking Mexico City and at least 11 other central-western states.
This tremor was registered on another September 19, a date marking two-worst ever earthquakes reported in Mexico, in 1985 and 2017.
