Cuban congresswoman begins lecture series in Italy

Congresswoman Mariela Castro, director of Cuba's National Center for Sex Education (Cenesex), began a series of lectures in several Italian cities on Wednesday.

As part of the program of this visit, organized by the National Association of Italy-Cuba Friendship (ANAIC), the legislator will develop presentations in eight cities, starting in Milan, in the northern region of Lombardy, where she will discuss among other topics the Family Code recently approved in her country.

As part of her tour, the director of Cenesex has also scheduled several activities in Genoa, on February 16, as well as in Turin, Florence, Rome, Pescara, Catanzaro, and Cosenza on February 17, 20, 21, 22, 24, and 25. (Source: PL)
