Havana, Aug 16 (Prensa Latina) Authorities from the National Institute of Hydric Resources (INRH) of Cuba on Saturday granted the flag to the brigade that will support the fight against drought in South Africa.
 
According to local television, the collaborators were seen off by INRH President Antonio Rodriguez.
