Our People Will Come Out Victorious, Cuba's President Asserts

President Miguel Diaz-Canel asserted on Sunday that there are challenges to overcome and risks to run, but the Cuban people will come out victorious.

'... We are not sure about the risks we still have to run; however, we are certain about one thing: whatever that future is, whether easy or hard, our people will come out victorious...', Fidel on January 20, 1961,' Diaz-Canel wrote in his Twitter account @DiazCanelB.

Recently, the Head of State described 2019 as a year of challenges and victories, and to his judgment there is enough motivation to work better and achieve better results.

In 2019 'We go for more,' he stressed at a recent meeting of the Council of Ministers that discussed issues related to foreign investment, exports, urban and territorial organization, internal control and attention to the people.

'We have to work altogether,' remarked the Cuban President.
