The ambassador of the Republic of Korea (South Korea) Lee Ho-yul presented his credentials on Tuesday to deputy foreign minister Anayansi Rodriguez.
Lee Ho-yul is the first ambassador from South Korea to Cuba after the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations between the two countries in February 2024.
The establishment of diplomatic links took place through the exchange of diplomatic notes at the permanent representations of both nations at the United Nations, in New York.
