The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network (PNGO Net) called on Monday to intensify relief efforts and strengthen national solidarity in the face of forced displacement plans and new Israeli aggressions.

The institution denounced, in a press release, the destruction of 70 percent of buildings in the Gaza Strip, the target of a war campaign since October 2023.

Most of the territory is now unfit to live in, the PNGO Net stated and warned of the serious shortage of food and vital supplies suffered by more than two million Palestinians living there. This crisis coincides with the ongoing Israeli military escalation in the northern West Bank, which started in Jenin and its neighboring refugee camp 35 days ago and then spread to Tulkarm, Tubas, Nablus, and other villages, it underscored.

The Network criticized “the displacement of thousands of people and the exacerbation of the humanitarian tragedy” in the West Bank.
