Mexico, Sep 1 (Prensa Latina) Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Wednesday has given his third report to the nation with goals fulfilled and a 60-percent acceptance, which he has maintained since he took office in 2018.

This Wednesday, the security filters implemented since the Covid-19 pandemic emerged in the vicinity of the Historic Center were reinforced, prior to the president's report.

However, the ceremony was not public and only his cabinet participated, the president himself announced, in order to respect health measures.

Obrador made 100 commitments when he took office and he is satisfied with having fulfilled them and he can leave office without any guilty conscience.

He announced that only two commitments have been postponed, the location of the 43 missing students from Ayotzinapa, an open wound on the Mexican people, and the decentralization of the State Secretariats, which he has postponed due to the pandemic.

The Mexican president's report addressed the country's progress in health, education, security, development and welfare that his Government has promoted.
