Israeli warplanes launched today an aggression against residential neighborhoods in the area of Haret Hreik, in the southern suburbs of this capital, in its persistent criminality against Lebanon.

Six buildings were razed to the ground as a result of the Israeli raid on the locality, in the eighth attack on Beirut’s southern suburb since October 2023.

Considered the most powerful raid against the residential area, Israeli forces carried out 10 continuous raids.

Israel Army Radio confirmed the action with F-35 aircraft and the use of armor-piercing bombs.

Israeli media reported that in the recent aggression two thousand tons of explosives were dropped on the southern suburb of Beirut.

They also commented on the failure of the targets of the recent aggression.

Dozens of dead and wounded are reported under the rubble of six completely destroyed buildings, according to preliminary reports.

The bombings occurred after the speech of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who radicalized his threats as he took the podium at the UN General Assembly.
