Iranian President Visits Families Affected by Israeli Aggression

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met today with families affected by last month’s Israeli war against the nation.
According to the Pezeshkian administration, the president visited one of the housing centers in Tehran Province to learn about the current situation firsthand.
During the visit, the president spoke with families whose homes were damaged during the aggression by the Zionist regime against Iran.
Pezeshkian inquired about the assistance they have received and assured residents that the government and all relevant agencies will provide the necessary support to compensate for the damage caused.
He was accompanied by the chief of staff, the governor general of Tehran Province, the mayor, and the deputy minister of cultural heritage and tourism.
According to official figures, President Pezeshkian's government has approved the allocation of over 11 million dollars for temporary housing for families affected by the Zionist war.
The 12-day aggression against Iran resulted in damage to approximately 8,200 homes, including 400 that were completely destroyed.
At least 1,100 civilians were killed, including 132 women and 45 children, and more than 5,700 were injured.
