Caracas, Mar 23 (Prensa Latina) President Nicolas Maduro instructed Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza to take the necessary actions to repatriate 200 Venezuelans for humanitarian reasons who are stranded in the United States.
At a meeting with the Presidential Commission for Covid-19 Prevention, Attention and Control, Maduro told Arreaza to coordinate the actions in conjunction with Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronauticas y Servicios Aereos.
In that regard, the president criticized that the administration of US President Donald Trump maintains its coercive and unilateral measures against some peoples of the world, amid the humanitarian crisis caused by the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus.
In light of Washington's refusal to lift the economic and financial blockade against Venezuela, Maduro called on the people to raise their voices in a campaign to demand an end to those measures.
'I ask all Venezuelans that starting tomorrow (Monday), we organize a world campaign to ask the Government of the United States to lift all sanctions on finance, oil, food against Venezuela,' he noted.
