Madrid, Mar 1 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Gleinys Reyes assumed prominence today with the Adesal Córdoba club and exhibits 65 goals in the list of top scorers in the Honor Division of Spanish women's handball.
In her second season with Córdoba, the Cuban winger once again leads the offensive action of the club and with her 65 goals she stands second among the leading attackers as part of group B of the main category of Spanish handball, only surpassed by Aida Palicio, with 78 targets for the Liberbank Gijón.

The international player of the Caribbean nation is very close to equal her goal score with the team, since last season in the Silver Division she scored 79 goals in 16 games, and promoted to the highest tournament of the Iberdrola Guerreras League.

With previous experience in the formation of Rocasa Gran Canaria, the Cuban handball player again this weekend surpassed the double digits in a match with 11 holes, although she could not avoid the failure of Córdoba against Conservas Orbe Rubensa Bm Porriño 25-21, in the day 13 of the domestic contest.

Despite the good performance of the Antillean player, the representative of Adesal Córdoba fights for permanence in the Honor Division by occupying the last position of the section after a victory, a draw and 11 setbacks.

The other Cuban with action in the main Spanish tournament, Lorena Téllez, lives a better panorama with the Aula Alimento Valladolid, fourth in the A key thanks to seven victories and four failures.

Téllez, a right-back, shows 30 goals in 11 games, valid to receive praise in her first season with Valladolid, after years of leading role in Gijón.

Two other Cuban handball players, Niurkis Mora and Arisleidys Márquez, receive minutes of play with Cleba Rodríguez in the Silver Honor Division of Spain.
