Havana, June 19 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez, on Friday strongly rejected the inclusion of members of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) in unilateral lists and certifications, in clear reference to the United States.

During a video conference speech at a meeting of the ACS Council of Ministers, organized by Barbados, Bruno condemned the inclusion of member states on the non-cooperative lists, while calling for a constructive dialogue.

US officials threatened several states of being included on lists such as the one of none-cooperation to fight terrorism, in which they included Cuba after being out since 2015.

When praising the new elected authorities at the 25th ordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers, which will now be headed by the Dominican Rodolfo Sabonge, Bruno Rodriguez assured that Cuba will continue working in favor of unity and consolidation of the Association, created in 1994.

After celebrating ACS's actions to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, Bruno Rodriguez called for cooperation and solidarity to overcome the effects of the disease, which generated a health crisis worldwide.
