José representing the Golden Bay Hotel prepared a non-alcoholic tropical cocktail combined with elements from his homeland and Cyprus such as: Pineapple cut in supreme, Basil, Honey, Rose Syrup, Fresh Pineapple Juice and Ginger Ale. The award was presented by the Minister of Tourism of Cyprus, Mr. Kostas Koumisis.

He also prepared another cocktail and again united Cuba and Cyprus using Zivania and tobacco as protagonists, managing to become a finalist for the competition that will choose the representative of Cyprus to the World Cocktail World Cup 2025.
