Cuba returns to normalcy after hurricane Delta moves away

Havana, Oct 7 (Prensa Latina) Cuba's General Staff of Civil Defense on Wednesday decreed a return to normalcy, after Hurricane Delta moved away from the country with no danger to the western region.
According to that agency, the provinces of Pinar del Rio and Artemisa, from 11:00 this Wednesday, local time, returned to normalcy, while the Isle of Youth began its recovery phase.
The statement recognized the work carried out by the governing bodies of such provinces in order to protect people's lives and material resources, against possible effects by the Hurricane Delta.
Likewise, the body highlighted the solidarity shown by the population in the different preparation phases to deal with the hurricane.
