Cuba reported 73 new Covid-19 cases, 2 deaths

Havana, Dec 11 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Public Health Ministry (MINSAP, in Spanish) on Saturday reported 73 new Covid-19 cases, 121 hospital discharges and 2 deaths in last few hours.

19,703 samples were analyzed at the Molecular Biology labs in order to detect the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

Out of 334 active cases, 320 of them have shown a stable clinical progress. 14 people are admitted in ICUs, 5 of them in critical condition and 9 seriously-ill.

954,862 recoveries and 963,566 cases have been reported since the beginning of the pandemic, in March 2020. Cuba´s total death toll jumped to 8,313.
