The 16th Meeting of the Working Group on Migratory and Consular Affairs between Cuba and Mexico is being held today in Havana.
On X, the foreign ministry informed that the meeting will be chaired by Carlos Fernandez de Cossio, Cuban deputy minister of foreign affairs, and Laura Elena Carrillo, undersecretary for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Mexican foreign ministry.
The exchange will be an opportunity to reiterate the importance of such meetings for bilateral ties and to reaffirm the commitment to regular, orderly and safe migration.
