In a message to the Cuban people through Prensa Latina, for the 62nd anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution of January 1, the French organization founded in 1991 described the year that ends as particularly hard for a country that continues to represent the example and hope that a better world is possible.

'Cuba had to deal simultaneously with two terrible scourges: the ruthless blockade that has suffocated its people for 60 years, reinforced by the White House, and the tragedy of the pandemic,' she stressed.

Cuba Si France highlighted the response of the largest of the Antilles to the challenges, to which it responded with its traditional position of putting human beings first.

This exemplary courage allowed the island to emerge successfully from the terrible tests it faced in 2020, which was added to the destabilizing attempt of some mercenaries paid by the US empire and their objective of diverting it from the socialist path, she stated in its statement.

According to the association, it is an honor to accompany the Cuban government and people, who not only resisted the attacks, but also again showed their international solidarity in times of Covid-19, with the dispatch of medical brigades to 'the four corners of the world to help fight the pandemic. '
