Construction works improve hospital services in Cuba

The execution of several construction works in different areas of the Faustino Perez Hospital in Matanzas province has improved services provided at the health care center.

The lately opening of a modern ward allows to optimize time for diagnosing and treating thoracic pain; in addition to some changes to the on-call staff, particularly on the emergency and urgency sectors, stand out among the transformations that the hospital is undergoing to enhace medical care.

According to www.radio26.cu, work is being done in the facility sections, such as information, admission and medical consultation areas, as well as in diagnostic, laboratory, ultrasound and electrocardiogram areas, all of which are of noteworthy value.
