Civil Defense calls 2025 Meteoro Exercise

Before the beginning of the Cyclone Season from June 1 to November 30 of the current, Cuba reinforces its preparation with 2025 Meteoro Exercise, a systematic practice that strengthens the capacity to respond to extreme weather events.

From the official profile in X of the Civil Defense of Cuba, its development in the country is announced on 24 and 25 May, with the main objectives of reducing vulnerabilities and ensuring the sanitation of communities and neighbourhoods, essential aspects for the protection of the population and the preservation of resources.
