As at November 14, there were 878,745 suspected and 15,793 confirmed locally acquired chikungunya cases.
Imported cases of the mosquito-borne virus totaled 2011.
The PAHO report said the death toll increased by one to 154.
Colombia reported the biggest increase in cases since the previous report on November 7 with 2,601 cases bringing its total to 22,398. Puerto Rico was next with 1,081 new cases with a total of 20,104.
St. Lucia had 562 new cases while St. Kitts and Nevis reported 400.
